The palace is located in the heart of Corato, in the province of Bari, Puglia. At a few meters away, it is possible to find pizzerias, restaurants and bars as well as it is possible to get lost in the narrow streets and alleys of the old town. L’Ulivo Corato Rooms for Rent is in fact located between Via Roma 49, and Via Monte di Pieta.

In the heart of the Castel del Monte territory, in the Corato historical center, surrounded by the soft lights of the old street lamps and edged by restaurants, pizzerias and cafes, is located L'Ulivo. L’Ulivo takes its name from Giulia's love, owner of the historic house, for her city, symbolized by the olive tree, also an universal icon of peace. The same peace that Giulia intends to offer to her guests, who will be able to relax in the late 800’s palace in which the accommodation is located. The accommodation has been completely inspired by the colors of Puglia landscapes around the Frederick manor: to welcome visitors, an impressive foyer that features an antique decorated concrete floor, dating back to 800’s. An imposing stone staircase leads to the rooms upstairs, all furnished in a contemporary style, but with a particular attention to details and colors. The interior design has been inspired by the theme of the earth and the territory excellences: the ocher of the wheat fields on the walls, a warm oak flooring and blue sky or green olive headbords. A delicate corner to find yourself, read a book while the streets are crowded or enjoy the Corato nightlife.
